1. Density gradient centrifugation, including continuous and discontinous gradients and pouring of gradients.
2. Differential centrifugation. Rotors include: SW41, VTi90, Ti90, Ti70.
3. Supply of Milli-RO water and Milli-Q water.
4. At least eight disinfection services per day (121 OC, 20min)
5. Freeze-drying of protein samples and concentration of DNA samples.
6. Help with safety instructions and equipment usage in experiments with radioactive isotopes.
7. Safe disposal of radioactive and biohazardous waste.
8. Regular care and maintenance of the X-ray developer, including routine equipment inspections.
9. Provide advice and technical support for experiments requiring protein purification.
10. Provide technical support and emergency service for all equipments in the General Equipments Facility
11. Routine safety inspections of all laboratories at ION.
