The Non-human Primate Facility of ION was established in 2009 for studying the neural basis of cognitive functions and the mechanisms of neurological disorders. The facility consists of Suzhou Facility and Jiuting Facility, which focus on the study of large primates and small primates respectively.

The Suzhou Non-human Primate Facility is located in Xishan town, Suzhou. We will carry out reproductive physiology, transgenic animal model and performance analysis and other research. We have already established reproductive physiology, embryo operation, in vitro and genetically modified monkey and the Behavioral Research Laboratory Building.
